We're only a few days away from the very first Beyond The Tracks Festival! We have now announced our set times and stage splits for the weekend, which you can view here.
Before the weekend hits, we have some important information to go through. Please read everything carefully and thoroughly to ensure you are fully prepared for the festival!
GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL
Festival Address: Eastside City Park, Park Street, Digbeth, Birmingham, B4 7AP
Nearest Train Station: Moor Street Station is a 5 minute walk and New Street Station is a 10 minute walk from Eastside City Park approximately.
Nearest Coach Station: Birmingham Coach Station is a 10 minute walk from the festival approx.
If you live locally in Birmingham, we highly recommend you travel by bus.
Travelling by car: As this is a city centre event we strongly advise against travelling by car. If you absolutely must travel by car, the nearest car parks are: Millennium Point car park (Jennens Road, B4 7AP) and Curzon Street car park (Curzon Street, B4 7AP). Other smaller car parks can be found on Fazeley Street B5.
ENTRY DETAILS - SECURITY
Gates open at 2pm on Friday 15th and 12pm on Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th. Please note there is a no re-entry policy - once you're in, you're in.
The following items ARE NOT permitted on site and will be confiscated upon entry to the festival: Glassware, alcohol, chairs of any kind. We are only permitting bags up to A4 size. Security reserve the right to confiscate any bags larger than this if deemed necessary. Please try to bring the smallest possible bags with you to the festival, if any.
Due to recent events, we have taken necessary security precautions to ensure the safety of everyone on site. Please be aware that we will be conducting a security check of all bags upon entry to the festival, and there will be other security measures in place across the site.
UNDER 16s POLICY
We have a challenge 25 policy upon entry to the festival. All persons, regardless of age, must have a full ticket for the event. No one under 16 will be admitted to the festival unless accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 21 (limited to a max. of 2 under 16's per paying adult). This is to ensure appropriate supervision and safeguarding. Suitable proof of age photo ID's include passports, driving licenses and proove it cards (with holograms). This challenge 25 policy will also be active at each of the bars on site.
WHAT'S ON SITE?
Other than the amazing line-up we have (of course!), Beyond The Tracks will have plenty of well stocked bars serving everything from craft beers and fine ales to fancy fizz and quality cocktails! We also have the wonderful Digbeth Dining Club supply our food traders who will be serving up some tasty treats.
There are other traders on site that you can by artist and festival merchandise from, as well as other goodies and activities. Most traders will only accept cash so please remember to bring plenty with you - although there are some cash points on site.
We have VIP packages available for that ultimate luxury Beyond The Tracks experience. These work as an upgrade only and must be purchased on top of your festival entry ticket.
They include (depending on package purchased): Access to the Airlock bar - our backstage bar with less queues, luxury toilets, modified seated caravans with great views of the stage and table service for drinks.
These are very limited so we can keep that exclusive VIP feel, so get in quick if you want to be part of the experience! You can upgrade your tickets here.
Beyond The Tracks will host afterparties once the festival has come to an end on both Friday 15th AND Saturday 16th!
On Friday: In association with Procreation and Ransom Note... The one and only Phil Hartnoll - one half of Friday headliners, Orbital - will be performing a DJ set. He will be joined by A Guy Called Gerald, Madrid-based Bawrut and Timothy 'Heretic' Clerkin. Tickets are out now and can be purchased here!
On Saturday: Birmingham legend, Steve Cradock from Ocean Colour Scene, will be doing an exclusive DJ set! He is joining Maximo Park and DJs from the legendary Blast Off and Snobs nightclubs in the line-up. Tickets for the Saturday afterparty can be purchased here.
